Founded in 1995, United Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (UAES) is a joint venture in China between China United Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. and Robert Bosch GmbH of Germany. The company primarily develops, manufactures, and sells gasoline engine management systems, transmission control systems, body electronics, and hybrid and electric drive control systems.
